Step 1 Body -You might be thinking “Surely I should work on my mindset first?” But no—start with your body. Move it. Nourish it. Rest it. Reconnect with it. When your body begins to feel safe, supported, and stronger, your mind will follow. Giving your mind a break and tuning into your body is often the spark that kickstarts true wellness. You’ll be surprised how quickly clarity starts to flow when your nervous system is calmer and you're feeling more energised.



Once your body feels more at ease, you can gently turn your attention to your Mind—the space of your thoughts, beliefs, and self-talk. This is where you begin to shift limiting narratives and build a mindset that supports your healing. It’s where we bring awareness to the thoughts that keep us stuck and gently start to reframe them. Through practices like journaling, mindfulness, and mindset coaching, we begin to cultivate inner clarity and emotional resilience.

Then we address Finances—a vital step that often gets pushed aside. Feeling financially empowered brings confidence and stability.
